Price: £45 1-2-1 or £10 each for groups(min 4 people)
Many people think that meditation is about not thinking. This is impossible as we have literally thousands of thoughts a day! Meditation is about not following the thought, but letting it arise and letting it pass without clinging onto it. When you learn how to do this then spaciousness can arise and there you will find peace.
Reiki Healing
Price: £30 per session(discount on multiple bookings)
Reiki is a universal, graceful and compassionate energy that can heal on many levels through the gentle laying on of hands at the main energy points of the body. Reiki can help reduce the symptoms of or cure such ailments as stress, anxiety, insomnia, immune dysfunction, depression and many, many more.
EFT(Emotional Freedom Technique)

Aura Photography is a fantastic way of finding out what state of flow your chakras and aura is in. Whether it be for help diagnosing what areas in your life need more attention or simply to find out how balanced you are. This is a perfect way of gaining knowledge of your own energy field!
Basic report includes: 4X6" Aura photograph and basic report of your aura colours and meanings.
Full report includes: 4X6" Aura photograph and 23 page full report of your aura colour meanings, chakra states and full breakdown of graphs and pie chart information.
